Modelling the Inhibitor Resistance in β-Lactamases
Further information about this subproject
The result of this subproject is that simulations of large protein systems are feasible, and that the binding of water at the surface of proteins could be confirmed quantitatively in experiments.
Further questions will be answered in the subproject C.1. This will develop a better understanding of the interactions of proteins with different solvents as well as between individual protein molecules in protein solvents.
